I talked to Fast when they came to my university's career fair and had an interview the next day. The interview was divided into two sections. The first was a logic assessment with some pseudocode implementation and the second was a more social interview. The social interview included information about the company, a little about myself and my goals, as well as some technical questions.

How would you explain inheritance to a 5 year old?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
