first round is a phone screening call with someone,
the 2nd round is a technical mixed in with some behavioral questions thrown in there and is about 45 mins
The last round is a longer version of logic puzzles and iq tests.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
