The process was in 3 stages:
Phone Screen - A call from the hiring manager to discuss your background, interest in the team applied for (tech), and why you want to work at Fasanara.
Take-home Test - A programming assignment where you must implement an API endpoint for a performance metrics time series.
Final On-site Interview - Interview with some members of the team you applied for as an opportunity to show your technical knowledge, relevant academic and personal work on CV and GitHub, and general personality fit with those who you will be working with.
Overall, I enjoyed this interview process due to it covering all aspects of myself technically and personally, being able to talk to the team beforehand and the take-home test being flexible in what you want to provide.
