The interview process took about two months from screening to offer. This was mostly due to ~2 weeks of preparation for presentation. Staff was very transparent and straightforward with feedback, next steps, as well as questions I prepared for them. Interview difficulty is average with the unique exception of preparing for your presentation. Hiring staff is very mindful of personal life, giving you enough weekend time to prepare, and willing to answer any questions during preparation!
