A recruiter reached out for a short interview to go over basic qualifications/ history. Then there was an interview with a supervisor/ hiring manager. It was 1 on 1. Overall, it was a very easy process. From applying to hired, maybe a few weeks.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when "questions". Tell me about a time when you made a mistake...
It was a decent interview, lots of behavioral questions, too many questions that weren’t relevant, kind of sounded like a grind house, lots of opportunity for advancement, bulldog sales techniques and ABC

I was told be Ms. Steed, that I would be moving to a second interview. A manager would be reaching out on Monday, no one ever did. I reached out to Ms. Steed on Monday, via indeed.com. I then called her on Tuesday, because I did not receive a response. I left her message. I received this generic email. No, phone call from a manager or Ms. Steed. No explanation, why a manager did not conduct the second interview. I find the process to be completely unprofessional. I want to share my experience, so others who are going through the hiring process, do not have the same bad experience. Farmers likes to lie to candidates. If they don't care to call you back or follow up they don't care about their employees or insured period. In addition, to their P.S. I also emailed their HR department along with their Career center. No responsse
