I was contacted by the Director of the Farmers Northern New Jersey AgencyPoint. I came in and met with their management team. They made me feel very comfortable and assured me that my talents would be an asset to their organization. They showed me around the office, even took me out to lunch. I found out 10 days later I had the position.
