The time span of the interview process was about average for most large corporations. Submitted an application and then was called back a few weeks later. Followed by the personality/aptitude tests. After completion I was interviewed via phone two weeks later and then an on-site interview two weeks after that. I did not hear back for about three weeks. After a phone call to check on the process, I heard back two days later that the candidates were still under review. A couple of days afterwards, an e-mail that the position was filled. No phone call.
