I initially interviewed for a different role on the Client Engagement & Marketing Team in the summer of 2024 but didn't get it. Despite not getting the job, I had a great experience interviewing and was super impressed with the team: 1st round with recruiter for culture fit; 2nd round with the hiring manager for 45 mins and 3 round robins with different team members for 30 mins). My recruiter, Ricky, reached out to me in early Dec. 2024 about a new Marketing Project Manager role that opened up and asked me if I was interested in applying. I was so excited that he and the team remembered me and thought of me for this role, so I did. Because the team had interviewed me before, I didn't have a traditional culture fit call with the recruiter and was somewhat "fast tracked," where I interviewed with the hiring manager and 2 members of the team in a similar fashion to the first time I interviewed. I was then asked to complete a case study project that was due on Christmas Eve, but I didn't have to present it to the team until after the holidays. It consisted of 3 mini projects in one (focused on email strategy and social media copywriting/strategy), and the first week of Jan. 2025 I presented it to the team in 30 minutes and answered some questions. It took a while to hear back from HR on whether or not I got the job, but Ricky was extremely communicative throughout the process. I received the job offer the last week of Jan. 2025 and accepted. Super smooth and relatively straight forward interview process, which I really appreciated!
