The process was very fast and they made everything very clear. Definitely a company that knows what they are doing. Also I was not living in Needham where they are located, so they did all the interview process by phone and Skype.

I was very impressed with Fareharbor's interview process. My recruiter, Brooke, was on top of her game. She stayed in touch with me via email and phone calls updating me with next steps, scheduling calls, and answering any questions in-depth that I had for her. I felt that the interview process was very proactive with a mock phone call and case study to prep me for the actual interview. I felt prepared for the actual interview and was great to meet the sales team! Thank you!

Recruiter reached out for screening. Mock cold call/role play interview. Panel Interview with a couple different managers and someone in the role presently. Small case study exercise. One last call going over that and then an offer/background check/referral check.
