I got an email to do the standard personality test. After that I received a time to schedule a phone call with one of their HR Specialists. The interview was extremely scripted and the woman seemed very uninterested in talking with me. It seemed as though she was so used to doing this she didn't care what my answers were even though I was over qualified for the position and have multiple points of contact within the company.
