I'm really surprised to see some of the negative feedback on here about Farber's recruitment process because I had a really positive experience despite not getting an offer. It seems like they've taken the feedback in these Glassdoor comments to heart. I made it through 3/4 rounds and every person I met came off as authentic, passionate about the work, and really thoughtful. The recruiter I dealt with was Kate, and she was suuuper responsive and transparent about where I was at in the process and always followed up when she said she would. From my first screening to finding out I wasn't moving forward, it was about three weeks. Ultimately, they let me know they were looking for someone that leaned into a specific skill set, but even that interaction was kind and respectful.
