By then, I had already completed multiple interview rounds and a detailed case study, investing significant time and effort. The prolonged silence, missed commitments, and lack of transparency made the experience extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Advice to Management: If expectations or timelines change, communicate proactively. Candidates deserve timely updates and respect for the time they invest, especially after receiving an offer and engaging in further negotiations.
