J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fanvue (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2025
Entretien
I did two stages, first was a recruiter screening and then a coding challenge where I met up with the interviewer who gave me the task, then had to do it asynchronously and submit it 2 hours later. I submitted the challenge, got some questions back from the interviewer which I answered, then they just ghosted me. Seems like bad practice to me, I don't think this is how you should treat people with lives. Making them take an afternoon off at their own risk, then not even acknowledging them.

Get ready to have a technical interview with people who are not active developers and asking weird questions that are mixed up (frontend questions to your code bot the code is running on the backend, they don‘t have glue about actual tech stack and how things are working)
- initial chat with one of the founders
- 2h code challenge to implement a feed page and a picture grid
- follow up interview with questions about pagination, API design and AWS
- total waste of time! I have over 7 years of full stack experience and answered all questions and the feedback was that I‘m not confident enough. Sounds like made up. You can find the coding challenge on their github if you want
