They showed us around Wembley Stadium and outside, told us the locations of the stalls. Then showed us how to use the tills and talked about the rules and expecations of the role. At the end we sat in the staff room and they showed a powerpoint of info about the company and upcoming events.

The conversation was similar to an informal discussion between friends— clear and direct communication about work hours, location, and pay. The discussion about my resume was quick since it was previously analyzed in detail by HR.
