There were three separate interviews with a design test at the end. It look around three months from the initial interview to finishing the design test. It took another +3 months to get told they would not be extending an offer. The first interview was with the manager in charge of teaching the junior designer. The second was with other managers and team members. The final was with the art director for the merchandising department.
