Long and drawn out interview process - over 3 months. Recruiter was slow to respond. I made it to the third round of interviews and then never heard back, even after following up a couple of times. I would have appreciated a response from the recruiter, especially after making it that far. I have never not heard back before, either way, from a company once getting to a third/final round. But, overall the company seems great, a lot of growth, and all the employees I talked to were very kind and informative.

Very long process. I was referred to the role by a recruiter and did the phone screen pretty quickly after applying. It took almost a month to get to the interview with the hiring manager. I was let down during the interview with the hm, she was distracted by emails, even stopping the interview to answer a message, and didn't seem to have questions prepared aside from the corporate mandated situational ones. It was almost as if she didn't review my resume prior to our meeting. We discussed moving forward with a technical skills test in which I had no direction into what they wanted to see. I didn't receive an answer until 1 month after I submitted the skills test. The interview process left me feeling pretty disrespected and I don't plan on applying to this company again.
