The interview was over the phone, was asked about my current experience in call center and customer service, background was processed over the phone and once background came back clean I was hired and setup for orientation for the job.

The only question I asked was how long have I been working in A call center environment and how did I deal with customer service?
The interview process is quick. There is usually 1-2 rounds of interviews. Over the phone and in person. The training initially is done in office but then they allow you to work from home if your metrics are met after training.

Entretien
Very easy interview - only a few questions. Interviewer was friendly and explained my role in the company. The questions were easy as well - bonus if you've worked in a call center before.
