Recruiter phone screen interview was 15 minutes long only because I asked questions to keep the conversation going. Recruiter only spoke for 7 minutes and she did not care about the interview at all from the start. Negative vibes from the start that I already knew I didn’t pass the round.

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.
