Contacted by recruiter, had initial conversation with engineer. Then sent a take home project which was about making a small iOS application, took several hours of work to finish and sent back. Never heard back from recruiter. This practice needs to stop, if you are going to make people interviewing for your company waste hours of their already busy day, they should at least be given the courtesy of a follow up email. I recommend no one apply here unless you like having your valuable time wasted.

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.

1 hour initial interview going over experience and the role itself with someone from the recruitment team. After that another 1 hour interview getting asked more culture and technical questions with an engineer.
