Remote screening call, after an invitation to apply. Fact finding with HR representative, informal, chatty. They were continually very distracted by their pet demanding attention but it was something to connect on. Little bizarre but felt like a friendly call. Was told next steps but got a boilerplate rejection - have no idea why.

Overall a four stage process (HR conversation / Competency based interview / Job related exercise / Values conversation. Takes a while to go through and not great interactions or guidance and still awaiting confirmation that am not progressing so that poor.
