A panel of 6 individuals who held various positions within the agency, ranging from front line to senior management. The panel rotated between who was asking questions and all individuals present took notes on each answer given. Time was provided at the end for the candidate to ask questions as well.

Case studies were presented, then you were asked to state how you would address the issues.

Entretien
They asked 12 questions which were behavioural and a few that were case studies. Interesting experience. The interview was with two people, clinical manager and HR person, they asked questions one by one and wrote them down.
