I interviewed and got turned down, but then they called back and changed their mind and hired me. They asked what I knew about the agency (so study up.) The work can be stressful, so they want to know how you handle stress (self care, work-life balance,etc.) Your relevant experience, how you handle difficult situations, greatest strength and weakness, etc.
