you go through the SHL test which is a test based on health and safety, visual tests, stock control, personality, ability etc through a series of multiple questions. 3 booklets and a paper to fill in about your personality and it is timed by the invigilator. It's in a group. It's not a one on one interview. And if you pass you'll be forwarded to the line trial.
