I wasn't actively looking for work, but the staffing agency found my resume via another job search site, and contacted me thru there. After speaking with the agency, it took a couple of weeks before getting a phone interview with the department manager. Within a day, the staffing agency called me, saying the company requested an in-person interview with both department managers. After another week, I came back for another in-person interview with the department managers and the Business Development Director. I was given an offer within another week, so the overall process took about a month, if not a little more than a month.
