interview process was individual not group. but I happened to have a full interview with two store managers and the head of the operations team. They asked me questions about how I handle problems and how I deal with changes which is typical in a retail setting and lastly they asked me questions about how we do with other coworkers if I am a team player. And then they asked me more about my experience in the retail operations background.
