Firstly, I applied through email. After the initial selection on the basis of my CV, they shortlisted me and called me for an interview at their head office. There were 12 candidates in total. We faced an initial viva. after that6 of us were eliminated. the rest of us faced an practical exam (Written for checking the typing speed, creating a social media poster for checking our graphics capability) after that 3 were remained. then they have told us to make a short video on today's experince. After that they conducted another viva where out previous exam's results were present. I got the confirmation call the next day.
