I applied for a job online and within a couple days heard back. An initial phone interview was conducted. It was a simple conversation to make sure I understood the product and market. Very brief and then the next interview was scheduled. Next meeting was a panel interview with three people from different levels in the organization. Great questions and really made me feel like I wanted to work there. Another phone call to discuss salary. Final panel interview with top level leadership.
