The recruiter is really weird, she keeps postponing the 1st round phone screen call. At the 3rd time, I told them no, please cancel the meeting. And no response after I told them no. Not a good impression from the beginning, feeling no respect for the interviewee.

1: Was contacted by an intern by email to setup an interview with a developer
2: Phone interview with a developer that had been with FaithLife for less than 1 year.
Pretty much a canned question interview with questions pertaining to C# and T-SQL (actually the questions were from the first result of a google search for interview questions)
No questions about project that I had worked on, no questions about team work or specific situations such as "how did you deliver bad news about ..." Overall a vary vague experience...
