After an initial phone interview, I had a Skype interview with the department manager. Then I flew out to Bellingham for an in-person interview. I was surpised to learn that Dan & Bob (the founders/owners) interview each person who joins the company.

You will have 2 to 3 interviews over zoom with the leadership team. You will interview with the CEO and Vice President. I spoke with the executive director over the phone and with the CEO over the phone. Usually the process would take a few weeks, but this time around they pushed up the time they usually spend on the interview.
