I've had several interviews for different positions within Fairview. I can say they were all positive experiences. I felt the interviewers were prepared and they made me feel welcomed.

Entretien
The interview was pretty basic and had a slightly casual feel to it. Standard "strength and weaknesses" questions plus a couple harder questions. It took over a month to hear back about the position despite follow up emails being sent.
