Straightforward interview process. x3 rounds:
- Technical screen
- Hiring Manager
- "Virtual" on site with more in depth interviews
Every interviewer in the process was very friendly and engaged. The whole process was a bit more relaxed than some of the "intense" screens from other companies

Entretien
Incredibly long and draining process.
I lost count of how many interviews I had in total because it's just round after round after round. After spending all that time and effort, you get a "doesn't align with the team's needs" template rejection email with no sort of feedback process.
My recruiter was great but I would absolutely never interview with Faire again.
