The interview process was pretty quick in the beginning. I applied online on LinkedIn and got a call from HR the week after asking my availability for a first round interview with HR. The HR interview lasted for 30 minutes and was based on Resume and relevant experience. Cleared the first round and the second round was with the head of Product Management. Since it is a small size company, interview was taken by the Product Management lead. The interviewer asked me questions about my resume, my interest in the role, the company and product management questions.I was told that there would be an on site interview if I clear this round but I did not hear back from the company for another 4 weeks. After numerous Emails/calls to H.R I finally got a rejection. By this time I had lost interest in the company going by the way they handled the process and how HR never returned any of my calls/Emails.
