Applied on Indeed.com and got a request to perform a phone interview. The recruiter called me 25 mins passed the interview time, no apology. Completed the interview and was moved on to a 2nd phone interview. Recruiter was late once again, lasted about 30 mins. Got a email a week later that I was not moving forward.
