I initially was working with a recruiter, so the first steps was phone and in-person interviews with the recruitment agency. From there, FairTradeWorks interviewed me via phone and then in person. I had to go through a interactive interview since I'm in a Design Admin position where I was tested on my excel and photoshop skills. I had to do some basic formulas, and take an image and change the colour of the background.
