Phone interview. Very nice and easy. I was contacted and was not sure the company was legit, so they provided me with all of the information. The recruiter was not pushy and provided me with insight into the needs of the company. Very helpful. After talking with the recruiter, I was asked to meet on a phone interview with the contract company. They were very nice and had reasonable expectations and a few tough questions. After the interview was complete, I was asked to wait for the background check and screen results. Shortly thereafter I was hired.
