HR phone screening. Then several people from different locations at same time interviewing fit on video call. Felt like was a weird experience overall compared to other firm as no structure during the call, rather more do they like who they see and felt like interviewers were tired/half looking at something else on screen so zero chance to actually get to know the candidate of what they can add as value to the firm. Overall felt like slow out of touch chat.

Renewable Energy Data Analyst. 15-Minute Phone Screen, a 1-Hour Zoom Interview, then a 2-Hour in-person interview. Took 3 weeks total. Most interview questions were about SQL background, even though experience for SQL was not listed as a requirement in the job description, so why waste my time if it wasn't on my resume? The culture appeared to be fearful of top-down management that were all present for the final interview. One of the interviewers was a little rude to both me and the other interviewers. The vibe was off and I wouldn't recommend applying here.
