One unnecessary counsultancy round. 2nd client round. 3rd Hiring manager round( waste of time for one hour) After clearing every round, they say they didn’t get update . And after a week or 10days of waiting they say you got rejected. Probably because the HR is trying for someone with his reference or they say You are not upto the mark in 2nd round. And guess what.. even the consultancy may reject you if they don’t get their cut. First of all they can’t afford high CTC even if they say that they can . Overall waste of time .. no professional ethics.
