I sent an email to their HR account to inquire about current engineering openings. A week later, the secretary emailed me to set up a phone screening. The next week, I did the phone screening with 2 employees- the Engineering Manager and the Operations Manager. I was not previously aware of the current opening, so they explained the position to me and asked about my experience - about 30 minutes. I thought it went well. The operations manager emailed me the same week that they had enjoyed speaking with me and hoped that I could start working as soon as possible. Soon after, we schedule another (more technical) interview over the phone - about 1 hour. They said this was normally conducted on-site, but we did it over the phone because I was not a local candidate I thought this interview went well, too. I never heard from them again.
