The hiring process was very straight forward and surprisingly casual. They only tend to hire via direct reference from other employees. Once an employee refers you, their head hiring manager/ owner of the company interviews you. We met in a coffee shop and had a cup while we went over what their expectations were, and what my expectations of the job were. They only work onshore, and do not send any of their work offshore for completion. It is their way of keeping everything local as much as possible.
