      Entretien

      I had an initial interview with HR and was moved directly to the next stage, which was a case study. I was told the task would take around 2–4 hours, but in reality it required significantly more time, and I was only given a weekend to complete it. After submitting the case study, I didn’t receive any feedback or updates for three weeks. At this point, I still hadn’t had the opportunity to meet or speak with the hiring manager. When I finally received a response, I was told I wouldn’t be moving forward because they “couldn’t see the real me.” This feedback was surprising, considering I was never given the chance to present my case study or have a conversation with the hiring manager. The entire process after the first HR call happened via email, despite requiring a detailed business case. Overall, it was a disappointing candidate experience. I invested a significant amount of time into the process but didn’t feel there was much effort from the company’s side to get to know me properly or create a fair two-way evaluation.

Answer: Scenario B: You are tasked with launching a sophisticated lifecycle automation experiment that heavily utilizes personalization logic (dynamic content based on user metadata, data catalog sync). Theorize what could be end-to-end workflow for creating, launching, and analyzing the impact of this experiment.
