Entretien
The first interview was quite informal and simple, I was required to fill in a form and the interview questions were based around my answers and the experience I had put on the form. I was asked about my hobbies and interests and I was informed about how the company got set up and what the role entailed.
Horrendous. First interview is a 20 minute face to face interview with Managing Director. Second interview was not an interview it was a day out with 2 other employess, where i sat in the car all day doing mundane 'marketing related' tasks.
We are happy you were successful in the second round interview where you got to engage in our problem-solving task, many companies use this sort of technique to test the candidates' abilities to use their problem-solving techniques and ability to think on their feet, candidates who are excited by these challenges are the people who usually excel in our firm.
