I was contacted by the recruiter in LinkedIn; The job description, the way how recruiter was speaking to me was appealing to me, so responded positively and we arranged the introduction call; On the intro call we made sure the position might be a match, got a positive impression after the call; Then in a couple of days we arranged tech interview with the team lead, a team member and a tech lead. Tech interview got us about 1,5 hours, maybe a little bit more; Also a very positive vibes from the interview, even though I was far from perfect. Then in 3-4 days a got a positive feedback, we agreed on the contract details and the first day; Overall the process took about 2-3 weeks. But only because we had a mismatches in the calendars from both sides, it could have been faster in other circumstances. Every step was well planned, well communicated and simply felt right.
