Interview process was great! Initially I was reached out by the regional operations manager.
Aside from a miscommunication issue from their staff, which lead to me having to come in on a different date. I had an interview with the CEO. Very friendly company atmosphere, from the conversation I had with him it was extremely pleasant.
I will say being a company that is primarily customer oriented, your people are your most valued assets. If you have a potential employee which whom you’ve made a great deal to interview. Provide them with a follow up email at least acknowledging your decision to move forward.
I suggest improving on your HR process and potentially utilizing a calendar to communicate with front staff of potential meetings.
