Initial phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews at the home office and then one last phone interview. Everyone was very nice and engaging-FTJ Fundchoice has experienced explosive growth over the past few years, and is an organization on the upswing. Only cause for concern could be the growth has come too quickly and they do not have sufficient people or processes in place to keep up with their expanding client base. But then again, most companies would not be complaining if the only objection was that they were growing to quickly.
Only negative I would list is after several phone conversations and in-person interviews, HR went dark on me-Not responding to e-mail or phone calls-Culminating with form rejection letter-But that is probably due more to the general lack of courtesy and professionalism in the industry these days. That aside if you are looking at new opportunities-FTJ Fundchoice would be a good place to start.
