Very relaxed and friendly interviewers however wasn’t much structure so didn’t feel as though I could talk about my strengths much. Was more of just a discussion about the job which was a shame

Pretty easy and engaging interview. As long as you show that you're willing to do the work and are competent/ engaging with the interviewer pretty simple one to get past.

Entretien
You apply online and then around two weeks later you receive an email informing you that you have been shortlisted for an interview taking place at their office. If you can't attend in person then they may instead offer a video interview. You receive the results a week later, if you are unsuccessful then you receive a standard email informing you that your application will not be progressing any further and they receive a large number of experienced candidates.

How would you identify a Great Crested Newt and the other newts? Plus are you aware of the invasive species of newt? Can you identify the species of bats and their sonograms? What is your experience in GIS and data analysis?
