I'm quite impressed with the interview process. 1st round was technical, in depth analysis on my current skill. 2nd round was the assignment which will maximum take 2-3 days to complete. Then there was a Assignment analysis round. Followed by the Managerial round, which was quite interactive and good. Final was the HR round after 4-5 days of technical rounds. Overall process took 3-4 weeks
