I submitted my resume through their website after seeing a job posting in my area through LinkedIn. They mostly spoke about the company, their new grad mentorship program, their expectations, benefits (Health Insurance including Vision & Dental, 401k, laptop, 15 days PTO + 6 paid U.S. holidays), flexible schedule, overtime encouraged, 120-130 units per week than can roll over to the following week (so ability to make up sessions on the weekends).
