The process was casual. I found out about the opening through a professional contact who knew the owner of the clinic, reached out personally to the owner, and interviewed the following week. The office is a laid-back environment and the interview was fairly conversational. The first part of the interview was a general getting-to-know-you process when we discussed background, goals, and expectations. The second half was a brief tour of the facility and equipment.
