There was a form I had to fill out when I arrived at the store and I wish I knew beforehand so I could have been more prepared. Or even better, been given the option to complete the form at home. Interviewer was very friendly and professional during the interview. Answered all questions I had promptly. Most negative part is that the GM did not reach out again to give me an offer or turn me down.
