There was not very much of an interview process being that I was already temping for the company when I began (Many people enter the company as temps from what I have gathered). There was a thorough applications, and many exchanged emails, and several salary negotiations before my position was finalized.

The entire process took about 5 weeks, I went through 4 different interviews. First and second one were via FaceTime, and the third and fourth were in person. They really make sure you’re a good fit first. I will say they rarely negotiated with me in terms of salary which I felt was unfair after four interviews.
